PASTA GORENG






bahan-bahan


  • 1/2 packet pasta (tak kisah mane type)
  • 2 ulas bawang putih,3 ulas bawang merah n 1 biji bawang besar.
  • seikat sayur bayam.
  • ayam/udang/sotong
  • 1 chicken qube 
cara-cara
  1. rebuskan pasta separuh lembut/rendamkan dlm air panas.(jgn lembut sgt,separuh lembut.)
  2. tumiskan bawang,bawang besar di potong jgn halus.
  3. masuk kan ayam / udang / sotong.
  4. hancurkan qube pati ayam bersama air sikit.
  5. masukkan pasta.bergantung kepada pasta,kalau pasta keras lagi,letak air sedikit semasa menggoreng biarkan kering.
*gambar di atas ada 2,satu pasta di goreng tanpa ayam/udang/sotong,boleh letak side dishes macam brocoli atau kentang.
*kentang tu dibelah dan digoreng bersama serbuk kari dan air,biarkan sampai lembut.
*kalau nak pedas letak lah chili flake.

MAC & CHEESE
 

bahan-bahan

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  •  package elbow macaroni
  • 9 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2cup tu lebey kurang satu small packet shredded
  • 1/2 cup shredded Muenster cheese
  •  1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
  •  milk (ikut suke)
  • garam
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper (ni tak payah pun xpe)

*cheese tu ikut pilihan pun xpe,ape2 cheese,pelbagaikan je jenis cheese.


cara-cara
  1. boilkan elbow mac with olive oil (minyak masak pun boleh)
  2. bwg tumis kan skit,then masuk kan semua cheese,lepas tu masuk kan susu,ikut sukatan masing2,cair,letak banyak.
  3. letak black pepper n letak garam skit if tak rase masin (cheese tu dh masin :P)
  4. letak kan sauce atas elbow cheese (toskan dari air tadi)
  5. siap.yg ni simple mac n cheese tanpa bakar.
